Beauty/facial DIY (美容养颜DIY):
- Use half ripe banana mix with milk until 糊状 (gorgor state), apply onto face 10 minutes and wash off. Suitable for any skin type.
- Use honey mix with water (1:2 or 1:3). Use everyday on face. Will reduce wrinkles and make skin tighter.
- Half an hour before sleep, use egg to apply on wrinkle areas daily. Good for oily skin.
- Beat 1 egg yolk, apply onto face. Wash with water after dry. Good for dry skin
Beauty Food DIY (饮食养颜DIY):
- Lemon: Every morning drink one cup of lemon with water with empty stomach. Has detox and whitening effect. Can get rid of 雀斑。
- Apple: Put a piece of apple under your eyes to get rid of black circles.
- Strawberry: Can mix with yogurt to do facial, suitable for any skin type. Drink strawberry juice before sleep good for insomnia.
- Salt:
- Good for people with pimples.Use salt water to wash face!
- Good for people with hair loss too. Use warm water to wash hair, then use one teaspoon of salt and massage hair for 2-3 minutes. Wash clean. Do not massage for more than 3 minutes and water temperature cannot be too hot or else will damage scalp.
- Good for people with stinky breath. Everyday gargle with salt water for 3-4 times, after food, especially before bed.
- Use warm water with salt and put your legs in before bed. Can prevent flu, bring down blood pressure and make you have a good sleep!
- Drink salt water first thing in morning can clear bowels for you!
- Carrot and apple juice: Mix one carrot and half an apple into juice. Good for eyes and immune system. Suitable for people who use computer and read books often (which is all of us right)
- Tea: Not good to drink after food! It is a misconception that we have to drink tea to get rid of oil. Tea actually forbids our body from getting the nutrients.
Preventing Cancer (防癌机密情报):

- Check your own immune system:
- If your sickness like flu takes a long time to recover. It means your immune system is getting weaker.
- Check your stool. If it is smelly and sticky means immune system is weak.
- Everyday you need 100 CC of Vit C: lemon, spinage, capsicum , strawberries all have high Vit C.
- Do not fry or do sunny side up for your eggs. Because doing so will create alot of cancer causing substances. Try not to use high heat oil or fry your eggs.
- Do not have your dinner too late
- Try to eat fresh raw vegetables, eat different coloured vegetables.
- Drink green tea, but do not eat eat unhealthy food or smoke when drinking green tea. It defeats the purpose.
- When eat bbq food (I think in singapore context is those stingray and satay), eat with vegetables e.g. onion. It will neutralise the cancer-causing effect.
LEMON: The Magic Fruit:
In short, can cure high blood pressure, diabetes and prevent flu and alot of slimming effects. There are alot of ways to eat lemon. But I think the easiest way is to squeeze one lemon into a cup of water and drink it. If it is too sour, you may add honey to neutralise the acidity. Do not worry, it is considered an alkaline water when consumed.
